Description
The current configuration of 2200 sq. ft. is designed as a gallery space, with three separate galleries. This space is flexible and could easily be an office or retail space.

Office Space
516 N. Grand Boulevard
Description
These two spaces are located on the corner of the building, above KOTA Wood Fire Grill, and overlooking the Fabulous Fox Theatre (west) and Strauss Park (north). 6,200 sq. ft. is available on the second floor and 3,200 sq. ft. is available on the third floor.
