National Dance Week

Get out your dancing shoes and join National Dance Week – St Louis at Grand and Washington on Saturday, April 23 from noon to 5pm. 50 dance troupes and hundreds of dancers will be performing onstage and celebrating all things dance during this free event.
Monday, April 25 | The Sun Theater
Tickets are still available for the 2016 St. Louis Visionary Awards on Monday, April 25 at The Sun Theater, 3625 Grandel Square. This event celebrates the numerous contributions and achievements of women who work in or support the arts in St. Louis. The 2016 Honorees are Priscilla Block, Sabina England, De Nichols, Denise Thimes, Phoebe Dent Weil and Stacy West.
Dreaming of Cairo, Cora Camille Album Release

North County Big Band Spring Concert

Swing into spring with the North County Big Band on Thursday, April 21 at The Sheldon Concert Hall. Led by Harvey Lockhart of Riverview Gardens High School, this collaborative big band is made up of 20 of the most talented and dedicated students from several St. Louis area high schools, including Riverview Gardens, Normandy, Central Visual and Performing Arts, Hazelwood and University City. This year marks their second season of rehearsals and performances, with coaching provided by leading educators and musicians including Harvey Lockhart of Riverview Gardens High School, Thomas Moore of Normandy Middle School, Delano Redman of East St. Louis Senior High, and jazz pianist Peter Martin. CAM and the Pulitzer Arts Foundation bring you a two-for-one Museum experience paired with two-for-one drink and appetizer specials! Make your way through current exhibitions at both institutions, and enjoy sips and bites in the CAM Café. "Drink In Art" events take place every Thursday evening, 5:00-7:00pm.
