On the first Friday of every month, museums and galleries in Grand Center Arts District are free and open until 9pm. Discover the remarkable array of visual arts in St. Louis’s premier neighborhood for arts and culture while enjoying cocktails, conversation, and entertainment. What draws you in? Musicals, drama, jazz, the symphony? Or maybe it’s the cuisine, the galleries, the media, or the prime people watching. No matter the reason, drive, bike, catch a ride to Grand Center Arts District. Just west of downtown, let your adventure spontaneously unfold in St. Louis’ premier landmark of arts and culture.

Bike / Car

Follow Grand Blvd. to the heart of the district. Or on busy nights beat the traffic by taking either Vandeventer or Compton.

Public Transit

Take MetroBus #70 and hop off at any of the several Grand stops. Also, the Grand MetroLink Station is just two blocks from the heart of the District.

Find Us

We are north of Hwy 64/40 and St. Louis University on Grand Ave. While Grand Avenue is the heart of the district, art awaits you down several blocks in either direction.

We’re ready for you with on-street metered parking, secure parking lots or two covered parking garages. Evening rates are generally $10 - $20.
