Numerous Grand Center organizations are proud to offer FREE ballot notarization! Throughout October, stop by any of the below Grand Center organizations to have your ballot notarized. Make sure to bring your id and unsigned ballot. To request a ballot, go to movote.org.

CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM: Notarization is available Thursdays & Fridays 10:00am–12:30pm, and Saturdays 2:00–4:00pm. Visit CAM during these hours to participate; walk-ins will be accommodated based on health and safety capacity limits (3750 Washington Blvd.)

GRAND CENTER INC: Stop by the Grand Center Inc. office and get your mail-in ballot notarized. Notaries will be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 11am – 2pm (3526 Washington Ave.)

THE SHELDON CONCERT HALL AND ART GALLERIES: Notarization is available Thursday, October 15th, and Tuesday, October 20th from 2-6pm. Notarization will take place outdoors on the Steward Family Plaza and masks are required. Free parking is available in The Sheldon’s west parking lot (3648 Washington Blvd.)

Important deadlines:

  • Voter registration: October 7th
  • Requesting absentee ballots: October 21st
  • Sending absentee ballots: must be received by local election authority no later than 7pm on November 3rd.

REMINDER: all mail-in and absentee ballots must be notarized unless you are confined due to illness, have contracted coronavirus, or considered high-risk to contract coronavirus. For more information about absentee voting, visit movote.org.
