Farewell, Gene!

The Jazz St. Louis Board of Directors invites you to celebrate Gene’s impressive contributions to Jazz St. Louis’ success by joining us on February 8, 2022, for Farewell, Gene! – an evening recognizing our leader and friend, Gene Dobbs Bradford before he begins his new role in Savannah, GA.

This evening is about celebrating Gene’s accomplishments, wishing him well, and establishing an endowed fund to honor his wish of continued support for the team he built at Jazz St. Louis. The Gene Dobbs Bradford Endowment will live on as a fund for the moments when staff support is needed, everything from professional development to improved technology. Spent at the discretion of future JSL leaders, the Gene Dobbs Bradford Endowment will focus on supporting the team that keeps Jazz St. Louis running, educating thousands of students per year, and hosting hundreds of concerts and community events.
