Nixta chef Ben Poremba and his team create dishes that are rooted in the culturally rich and diverse traditions of Mexican food while celebrating seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques. Inspired by the global influences of the artists and exhibitions at CAM, this Wednesday night in early summer will be a culinary adventure.
