What do stained glass, geology, and the Middle Ages have in common? Join cbabi bayoc, visual artist and illustrator, Aaron Frei, president of Emil Frei and Associates stained glass studio, and Dr. John Encarnacion, professor of geology at Saint Louis University for a tour of The Nature of Things: Medieval Art and Ecology, 1100-1550. You’ll learn how artists made stained glass windows and how geology played a key role in the color, shape, and form of medieval art.
